What is Mattress included?
In short
A mattress included in the box means the bassinet or cot is ready to use without a separate purchase.
Mattress included means the sleeping surface ships with the product, so nothing extra has to be bought before the baby sleeps in it. A bassinet or travel cot that bundles a mattress can be set up in a room straight away, though the mattress still needs a fitted sheet and the firmness a newborn needs. Angelbliss, Arm's Reach Co-sleeper, Baby Delight, Baby Trend and BabyBjorn all state that a mattress is included with the products listed.
