What it does well

Toki Kids makes padded foam mats for babies and kids intended for tummy time, rolling, reaching, sitting, crawling and independent play. Inserts use latex foam derived from tree sap with Oeko-Tex certification. Covers come in patterns such as mudcloth, stripe, checker and terrazzo. Sizes include standard and mega options for larger floor areas. The wider collection adds play couches, support pillows, replacement covers, wooden playpens, play cubes, play tents and play mirrors that pair with mats for stacking, hideaways and enclosed exploration at home and outside.

Cushioning and everyday use

The inserts are cushioned to a density that lets children push against the surface while they learn to move, giving a steady base for motor skill practice. Covers come in patterns such as checker and terrazzo designs, and one option uses a terrazzo-print vegan leather. The range also includes outdoor family play gear that carries the cushioning beyond the living room, so the padded surfaces suit days spent outside as well as indoors.
